Prime Auctions Canada Terms & Conditions
- All items will have a 14% buyers premium plus applicable sales taxes added onto the winning bid.
- All bidders must acquire a bidder/paddle number by registering on Live Auction World to the Prime Auctions Canada auction before you can bid at the auction.
- Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer in person viewings of our auction items. We take the best pictures we can for the buyer to make sure it is a proper representation of the item. If more information is needed, please contact us with specific requests. We are here to help and will get you the information you need.
- All winning bidders will have their credit card on file charged immediately at the auction close by Live Auction World.
- If you have chosen local pick-up you will receive a phone call or email from Prime Auctions Canada disclosing the pick-up location and to arrange a pick up time. Pick up times are usually available for one to two days after the auction. Please bring a box for your winnings since we will not supply any.
- EVERYTHING IS SOLD AS IS NO GUARANTEES, NO WARRANTIES, NO RETURNS.
- We only accept e-transfer at this time for all local delivery services provided by Prime Auctions Canada. If you have chosen this option, Prime Auctions Canada will contact you to arrange payment and ensure the shipping information on file is correct.
- Shipping customers will get a shipping costs automatically applied to their account 2-3 days after auction close, as we concentrate on local pick-ups and delivery services first.
- By registering to bid you acknowledge you have read and understood the terms and conditions, and any bid is a bindable contract for payment.
