Answers to your to most frequently asked questions.

To pre-register for an auction: 

  1. Go to PrimeAuctionsCanada.com and click on the link to “Launch Live Auction World” (LAW). 
  2. On our LAW auction page, click “Get approved to bid” on the auction you want to bid in. 
  3. Enter all your required information (a valid credit card is required). 
  4. Choose your preference for pick-up, express delivery or shipping for your winning lots. 
  5. Answer the Yes or No questions, accept user agreement and confirm your information. 
  6. “Congratulations, you are now approved to bid”. Press “continue”. Now you can bid in our auction. 
  7. Open our page and scroll through our items to find something you like. 

To place an absentee bid: 

  1. Open auction item, go to “Enter your maximum absentee bid”. 
  2. Enter in the amount you wish to bid, press “Place max bid”. The system will ask you to “confirm bid”, click this button.  
  3. The system will let you know if you have been outbid or if you are currently the highest bidder. If you have been outbid, you can enter a new maximum bid amount. 

To bid during auction day: 

  1. Open our auction page, click on todays auction. Once the auction is live, you can watch and bid on items as they come up. 
  2. To bid on a live auction item, simply swipe the “bid here” tab and the system will register your bid. 
  3. The auctions are pretty quick and are spaced 30 seconds apart. If a bid is placed within the last 15 seconds, the timer will reset for another 20 seconds until the item is sold. 
  4. Once the final gravel drops, LAW will automatically charge the credit card on file for the lucky winner.  
  5. Dependant on your chosen method of receiving your winning items, Prime Auctions Canada will send out an email containing pertinent information about your winnings.

We accept credit cards and e-transfers for your convenience.

Local pick-up is FREE (location will be provided after payment is received)

We combine all your winnings into one shipment, as long as it stays within the weight limits set out by Canada post.

Delivery fees usually range from about $10 to $30 CAD.

And there is a $5 CAD fee for securely packaging your items inside a sturdy cardboard mailer/box.

We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel which will require a signature, including tracking and free insurance up to $100.

Additional insurance can be purchased up to the max amount paid at auction for $2.75 per additional $100.00 requested.
